Syntegon unveils advanced Kliklok ACC carton closer for efficient packaging solutions

GERMANY – Syntegon, headquartered in Waiblingen, Germany, has introduced the Kliklok ACC, an advanced carton closer designed to meet customer demands for efficient and reliable product packaging. 

This secondary packaging solution ensures high-quality results with minimal rejects, enhanced efficiency, and reduced operating costs. 

Developed in close collaboration with customers, the Kliklok ACC is tailored to meet diverse industry needs, delivering exceptional carton quality, maximum flexibility, and high speeds to adapt to changing production requirements.

The Kliklok ACC features innovative technologies, including servo-driven carton alignment, integrated controls, and tool-free changeovers, allowing it to process both cardboard and corrugated board. 

Its versatile design accommodates various customer layouts with left and right carton entry and exit options, reaching speeds of up to 200 cartons per minute while handling a wide range of carton sizes and formats.

Suitable for use in food and non-food industries, the Kliklok ACC performs efficiently in challenging production environments, including cold, wet, and condensation-prone areas. 

It also integrates seamlessly with Syntegon’s Advanced Carton Erector (ACE) and automatic loading solutions, creating a fully automated line solution for topload cartoning. 

The harmonized control system and Industry 4.0 capabilities enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

To ensure high operational efficiency and low maintenance costs, Syntegon offers comprehensive service agreements for the Kliklok ACC and full line solutions.
