Paxiom Group expands packaging solutions with addition of IWK FP-Series tube filling systems

USA – Paxiom Group has broadened its range of packaging solutions with the introduction of IWK’s FP-Series tube filling systems to its extensive product lineup.

This development strengthens Paxiom’s ability to deliver comprehensive solutions by integrating the offerings of its sister companies under the ATS umbrella.

The FP-Series tube filling machines cater to users with varying production volumes, offering versatility in processing plastic, laminate, and metal tubes in both round and oval shapes.

Equipped with a user-friendly control panel, the machines are designed for efficient operation, featuring single-handed tube installation, smooth surfaces for ease of cleaning, and simple maintenance requirements.

One of the standout features of the FP-Series is its ability to achieve precise filling accuracy and clean end seams, aided by an innovative preforming tool.

This capability makes it an appealing choice for industries requiring high standards of quality and hygiene in tube packaging, such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and food production.

Enhancing end-to-end packaging capabilities

Paxiom’s integration of the FP-Series complements the capabilities of its sister company, EndFlex.

The EndFlex systems can now seamlessly integrate with the FP-Series, enabling fully automated processes that load tubes into vertical cartons, case pack, and palletize them.

This synchronization provides businesses with streamlined, end-to-end packaging solutions, reducing manual intervention and enhancing operational efficiency.
